Shipping
& Handling
At The Wedding
Bliss, our standard shipping method is UPS ground service. Shipping
charges are determined by the weight of the merchandise in your
package and the shipping method chosen.
Currently
we ship within the 48 contiguous states Puerto Rico, Alaska and
Hawaii.
Oversize packages,
as well as shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are all
subject to additional shipping costs.
In-stock items
are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Out-of-stock items are
generally available for shipping within 7 business days. For items
that have been backordered you will need to reorder at a later
date or contact us for an approximate shipping date at shipping@theweddingbliss.com.
Please take note, that special or custom gallery orders require
60 day advance notice since those items need to be custom made.
In order to
save you multiple shipping costs, we suggest shipping your entire
order once it is complete.

if you wish to ship an order outside our regular shipping locations.
Return
Policy
At
the Wedding Bliss we want you to be satisfied with your purchase
and will do what we reasonably can to make you happy. All merchandise
is closely inspected prior to shipping in order to assure quality.
If
for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just
complete and submit the following form within 5 days of receiving
your order for a return authorization (RA) number.
The Wedding
Bliss will credit you back the purchase price immediately upon
receipt of your authorized return. Please take note that shipping
charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's
responsibility. Also, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges
on merchandise that arrives to us damaged. Therefore, for your
own protection, please insure all packages prior to shipping and
make sure to have a tracking number for your records.
If for any
reason you decide to cancel an order, we shall do so as long as
the order has not been processed. Take note that most orders are
processed within 24 hours. If your request for cancellation is
beyond the 24 hour processing time, you shall be subject to a
15% re-stocking fee.
There are
no refunds or exchanges allowed on special/custom gallery or close
out merchandise as well as any items that have been personalized,
engraved or decorated in any way.
Once again, The Wedding Bliss values your business and your patience
as we take every measure possible to ensure your satisfaction
in our products and services.
Return Authorization Number :
Once you
receive your "Return Authorization" number, make sure
it is clearly marked on the outer shipping box. Your RA number
will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please be aware that no
returns will be accepted without an RA number.
